The present General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) apply to all services offered by Visu'Up, in particular 3D modeling, photo-realistic rendering, motion design, prototyping and 3D printing.
All orders are preceded by the issue of a quotation valid for 3 months. The order becomes firm upon receipt of the quotation signed with the mention “Good for agreement” and payment of the required deposit.
Prices are quoted in euros, all taxes included (VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French General Tax Code).
A deposit of 30% is required with the order.
The balance is payable on receipt of invoice, before delivery of deliverables.
Payment is made by bank transfer.
In the event of late payment, penalties will be applied: three times the legal interest rate + a fixed indemnity of €40, in accordance with article L441-10 of the French Commercial Code.
Delivery times are indicative and specified in the quotation.
Deliverables are sent by download link (OneDrive or other suitable tool). For 3D printing, deliveries are sent via a postal service.
A validation point is scheduled before final delivery. Any modification requested after validation will be subject to an additional quote.
A round trip for reworking is included before final validation.
Post-delivery modifications are invoiced according to their complexity.
In the case of 3D printing, any rework linked to a non-compliant brief or an ill-defined need will also be invoiced.
Visu'Up may call upon independent service providers to carry out certain services, while retaining overall responsibility for the project.
In the event of cancellation before the start of the project, the deposit will be reimbursed.
If the service is already underway, a partial invoice will be issued according to progress.
The customer undertakes to provide all information necessary for the proper execution of the project. Visu'Up cannot be held responsible for a result that does not meet expectations in the event of an incomplete or unclear brief.
